New England Revolution depart for preseason at IMG Academy

FOXBOROUGH, MA– The New England Revolution have officially departed to IMG Academy in Bradenton, Florida where they will continue their preseason in preparation for the 2025 MLS campaign.

Players arrived in Foxborough on January 11th ahead of the 2025 MLS season for entrance physicals.

On January 13th, the team departed for a five-week training camp based at IMG Academy in Bradenton, Florida.

Ahead of their trip to Florida, the New England Revolution announced their preseason schedule consisting of six matches.

The matches in Florida will be against MLS sides Austin FC (Tuesday, January 21st), St. Louis City SC (Saturday, January 25th), Houston Dynamo FC (Monday, February 3rd), and a final game against USL Championship side Tampa Bay Rowdies (Tuesday, February 11th).

New England will then return to home for three days of training ahead of a final tune-up match against USL Championship side Hartford Athletic (Saturday, February 15th).

Unless otherwise communicated, all preseason matches played in Florida are considered closed-door events and will not be open to the public, with minimal live updates available.

Upon arrival in Bradenton, players underwent their first training session of the 2025 preseason.

Revolution head coach Caleb Porter along with midfielders Carles Gil, Jackson Yueill, & forward Leonardo Campana will be available via Zoom press conference to discuss the upcoming MLS season on January 14th.
