Rhode Island FC transfer Prince Saydee to Charleston Battery

SMITHFIELD, RI— Rhode Island FC have announced that they have reached an agreement with USL Championship side Charleston Battery for midfielder Prince Saydee for a undisclosed fee.

The club confirmed that they had transferred Saydee and his rights to the Eastern Conference club pending league and federation approval.

Head Coach Khano Smith stated, “We thank Prince for his contributions to Rhode Island FC and wish him the best at his new club.”

Saydee made 11 appearances (4 starts) for Rhode Island FC where he registered 0 goals, 0 assists & 1 yellow card.

Rhode Island FC (3-9-4, 18 pts. in USL Championship) remain home to face Eastern Conference side Indy Eleven (9-2-5, 29 pts.) at Beirne Stadium. The match kicks off on Friday, July 5th at 7:30p.m. EST on ESPN+.
