FOXBOROUGH, MA– The New England Revolution have selected defender Eric Howard with the 35th overall pick in the 2025 MLS SuperDraft
Howard will occupy a supplemental roster slot.
Eric Howard a 20-year-old, 5’10, 150lb defender from Redmond, Washington.
Before college, in High School, Howard was a member of Crossfire Premier for nine years. He was a 3x captain and four-year starter for Crossfire. He won the 2021-22 ECNL National Championship as well as the Northwest Conference. He is a 2x ECNL All-Conference honoree. Ranked #130 in the Top Drawer Soccer class of 2023
Howard, 20, signs with New England after a 2-year collegiate career at Georgetown University (2023-2024). During his collegiate career, Howard made 38 appearances (21 starts, 2,235 minutes) from 2023-2024. He was a member of the BIG EAST All-Academic team.
In total career numbers, the defender registered 2 goals and 5 assists with 0 yellow cards and 0 red cards.

The expectation is that Parisian is signed to a first team deal but will play with 2025 season with the New England Revolution II in MLS NEXT Pro.
