LIVE: Belper Town hope to cause FA Cup upset at Notts County

Notts County will hope to avoid an Emirates FA Cup upset against Belper Town at Meadow Lane.

The Mapgies enter the tie knowing they will have to be at their best to avoid a potential banana skin.

Neal Ardley’s side take on a side who, before last Saturday’s FA Trophy defeat to Stamford, were on a 17-game unbeaten run that stretched into last season.

A victory for Belper Town, meanwhile, would set a new club record for the Nailers.

The Derbyshire outfit have only ever reached the Fourth Qualifying Round in their history; this is Notts County’s first appearance in the Qualifying Rounds since 1888-89.
