Peyton Miller honored with spot on Team of the Matchday 28

FOXBOROUGH, MA– New England Revolution defender Peyton Miller has made the MLS Team of the Matchday 28 following Saturday’s 1-1 draw with FC Dallas.

This is Peyton Miller’s first career appearance in MLS Team of the Week.

Peyton Miller obtained a reserve position in the MLS Team of the Matchday 28 for his standout performance on Saturday night. Miller, who played 82 minutes finished the match with an 8.2 Man of the Match rating according to Fotmob. Offensively, Miller had 0 goals on 1 total shot attempts (100% accuracy, hit the post) as well as registering his first career assist. Peyton had 44 touches and 2 passes into the final third. The defender went 19/23 (83%) on accurate passes throughout the match with 2/5 (40%) on accurate crosses and 0/4 (0%) on long balls. He was dispossessed 0 times during the match. Miller defensively had went 1/1 (100%) on tackles won with 2 clearances, 2 headed clearances, 3 interceptions and 2 recoveries during the match.
