West Indies and Sri Lanka set up for thrilling finale in Antigua

The first Test Match between West Indies and Sri Lanka is set up brilliantly going into the fourth day with the visitors 153 runs in the lead with six second innings wickets remaining.

The away side are well placed on 255-4 in their second go of things with Dhananjaya de Silva (46*) and Pathum Nissanka (21*) both well set and have shared an unbroken stand of 66 for the fifth wicket.

Lahiru Thirimanne (76) and Oshada Fernando (91) had earlier shared a stand of 162 for the second wicket to bring their side well back into the game and well within a shout of an unlikely victory.

Kemar Roach (2-28) and Kyle Mayers (2-10) were the only two to take wickets on the third day for the home side as they toiled in the heat.

With still two full days remaining, it’s all set up to be a thrilling finish with all results still well in the picture.

The action on Day Four commences at 2pm UK time.
