PAWTUCKET, RI– Rhode Island FC have transferred forward Albert “Chico” Dikwa to Pittsburgh Riverhounds FC for an undisclosed fee.

Albert “Chico” Dikwa is a 28-year-old, 6’1 183lb forward from Garoua, Cameroon.
At the club level, Dikwa has played 231 career games (15,163 minutes) across the United States. Dikwa began his career with Orlando City B (2017). Following the end of his stint in Orlando, Dikwa joined USL side Saint Louis FC (2018-19). He then signed for USL Championship side Pittsburgh Riverhounds FC (2020-23) and helped assist in their jump to the USL Championship. Prior to the start of the 204 season, Dikwa left Pittsburgh and signed with Rhode Island FC (2023-25). He now returns to Pittsburgh Riverhounds FC(2026 – Present)
In total career numbers, the forward has contributed 63 career goals, 24 assists, along with 25 yellow cards and 1 red card.

On Friday, January 9th, Rhode Island FC had announced the official transfer of Albert ‘Chico” Dikwa back to Pittsburgh Riverhounds FC for an undisclosed fee, pending league and federation approval.
In his two seasons with Rhode Island, Dikwa contributed 19 goals, 10 assists, & 12 yellow cards in 69 games played (2,326 minutes). He was a valuable asset in assisting the club in back-to-back USL Championship Eastern Conference Finals appearances
He now re-joins Pittsburgh Riverhounds FC, a club that he previously spent 4 seasons with prior to joining Rhode Island.
