FOXBOROUGH, MA– The New England Revolution have signed English midfielder Jack Harrison from English Premier League side Leeds United FC.
Harrison will occupy a Designated Player slot on New England’s roster.

Jack Harrison is a 29-year-old, 5’9, 170lb midfielder from Stoke-On-Trent, United Kingdom.
A product of the youth systems at Liverpool FC, Manchester United FC, Black Rock FC, and Manhattan SC, Harrison began his collegiate career at Wake Forest University in 2015. After one season with the Demon Deacons, he signed with New York City FC ahead of the 2016 MLS SuperDraft. The club attempted to acquire him as a Homegrown Player based on his time with Manhattan SC, but MLS denied the claim, requiring Harrison to enter the SuperDraft.
The Chicago Fire selected Harrison with the No. 1 overall pick before immediately trading him to New York City FC in exchange for the No. 4 overall selection, Brandon Vincent, and cash considerations.
Harrison spent two seasons with NYCFC before earning a move to Manchester City in 2018. Although he never made a first-team appearance for the Premier League champions, he gained valuable experience through loan spells with Middlesbrough in 2018 and Leeds United from 2018-21.
After helping Leeds earn promotion to the Premier League, Harrison completed a permanent transfer to the club in 2021. During his time at Elland Road, he also spent loan spells with Everton FC from 2023-25 and ACF Fiorentina in 2026. Now, after nearly a decade in England and Italy, Harrison returns to Major League Soccer as the New England Revolution‘s newest Designated Player.
Across his club career, Harrison has recorded 54 goals and 50 assists, while receiving 18 yellow cards and one red card.
At the international level, Harrison has represented England at the U21 level, making two appearances for the Young Lions.

Seth Macomber of The Blazing Musket, was the first to report that the New England Revolution were interested in & were in advanced discussions to sign the 29-year-old midfielder.
Harrison returns to the United States with the Revolution, a country and region that are familiar to him.
At 14 years old, he moved to Massachusetts to attend Berkshire School, located roughly two and a half hours from Gillette Stadium.
He now joins an attacking group led by former Aston Villa midfielder and 2021 MLS MVP Carles Gil, giving New England another proven playmaker with top-level European experience.
