Soccer on the Sound: Stars, Ballard play to draw

Tacoma Stars 1-1 Ballard FC

BELLARMINE, WA–Tacoma Stars Preprofessional played Ballard FC to a 1-1 draw in USL League Two action. Raymundo Mendez scored for Ballard in the 32nd minute before Abdala Hassani equalized in the 55th minute. Ballard remain undefeated in the Northwest Division at 3-0-1 while Tacoma is at 1-3-2.

Tacoma host Bigfoot FC on Sunday in Bellarmine while Ballard host Bangers FC in at Interbay Stadium in Seattle.
