Portland Timbers Briefly
Kamal Miller’s score in the 39th minute became a lifeline for the Portland Timbers, and despite the Whitecaps’ persistence in the end, they overcame the odds and equalized the match at home in BC Place.
Manager Phil Neville is looking forward to an eventful evening at Providence Park as the Timbers can clinch a postseason spot with a win on Saturday.
One game at a time, I must state, and this team is hungry for revenge after last season disappointing loss to the Vancouver Whitecaps, a 5-0 humiliating final score, that sent them packing for home.
With the new armada the Timbers have and some new players coming to Rose City, I believe this team is ready to go all the way to MLS Cup, and pardon me for being too optimistic.
The arrivals of new players, despite some of them in the injured reserve, can deliver mayhem when healthy to any team and looking forward a number of big wins in my conclusion.

FC Dallas Briefly
Finally, an awakening for FC Dallas and its manager Eric Quill, who has finally led his team out the bottom spots and is now looking to clinch a postseason spot, despite being in the ninth spot.
The team is considered to have one of the best academies in Major League Soccer. This team has a lot of Homegrown players and is developing them into amazing players.
Still, this team has a lot of work to do if they want to ensure their postseason spot.
Anything can happen when the playoffs start, as nobody comes with the label of favorite in this edition of the playoffs, and this is something FC Dallas is looking forward to making a good impression!
Forecast
