PAWTUCKET, RI– Rhode Island FC forward JJ Williams & defender Frank Nodarse have been named to the USL Jägermeister Cup Team of the Round 1.

This is JJ Williams’s first time making the USL Jägermeister Cup Team of the Round this season. He has been named to Team of the Week twice this season for Rhode Island FC.

JJ Williams obtained a position in the USL Jägermeister Cup Team of the Round 1 for his amazing performance on Sunday afternoon. Williams, who played 74 minutes finished the match with an 8.9 rating according to Fotmob. Offensively, JJ had 2 goals on 3 shot attempts (67% shot accuracy). Williams had 21 touches during the match. The forward went 7/9 (78%) on accurate passes throughout the match.
