Jack Panayotou loaned to Hartford Athletic for remainder of 2025 USL Championship season

FOXBOROUGH, MA– The New England Revolution have loaned midfielder Jack Panayotou to Hartford Athletic for the 2025 USL Championship season.

The move opens a Supplemental Roster Slot for New England.

Jack Panayotou is a 20-year-old, 5’9, 146lb midfielder from Cambridge, Massachusetts.

Panayotou joined the New England Revolution Academy in 2019. He was a member of the 2022 MLS NEXT Cup Championship team. Also in 2022, Panayotou was named Revolution Academy Player of the Year. At the conclusion of the 2022 season, Panayotou was signed as a Home-Grown Player to the New England Revolution (2022-present) first team. He made his MLS debut in March of 2023. During the 2024 season, he went on loan to Rhode Island FC. He now heads to Hartford Athletic (2025) for the remainder of the season.

In total career numbers, the midfielder has made 62 career appearances (3,692 minutes) where he has registered 11 goals, 9 assists with 7 yellow cards and 0 red cards.

He is eligible to represent the United States & Greece at the International level.

Early Friday morning, both New England & Hartford announced the deal via social media.

Panayotou joins a struggling Hartford Athletic side that currently sits last place in the USL Championship Eastern Conference with a 1W-0D-4L record.

The New England Revolution (3-1-4, 10 pts.) are on the road to face off against Eastern Conference side Charlotte FC (6-1-2, 19 pts). The match is set to kickoff at Bank of America Stadium on Saturday, April 26th at 7:30 p.m. ET on MLS Season Pass on the Apple TV app.
