Manchester United have announced that they have agreed terms with Swansea City for the transfer of Welsh winger Daniel James.
James, 21, becomes the first signing of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s tenure and is expected to cost around £18 million pounds.
The transfer had been expected and Manchester United announced the transfer via Twitter this afternoon:
We’re delighted to have agreed terms, in principle, with Swansea City for the transfer of Daniel James to #MUFC.

They also announced that James had successfully completed the medical at the Aon Training Complex and that further details on the signing shall follow in due course.
