New England Revolution announce end-of-season roster decisions

FOXBOROUGH, MA– The New England Revolution have announced their end-of-season roster decisions ahead of the 2025 campaign.

The following sixteen players are under contract:

Goalkeeper Aljaž Ivačič, defenders Santiago Suarez and Peyton Miller, midfielders Mark-Anthony Kaye, Alhassan Yusuf, Ian Harkes, Esmir Bajraktarević, Jack Panayotou, Joshua Bolma, Luca Langoni, Dylan Borrero, Noel Buck [on loan]and Carles Gil along with forwards Giacomo Vrioni, Tomás Chancalay, and Malcolm Fry.

The team has exercised the contract options on three players:

Defenders Dave Romney, Brandon Bye along with midfielder Matt Polster.

The team has declined the contract options of six players:

Defenders Jonathan Mensah and Xavier Arreaga and along with midfielders Joshua Bolma, Dylan Borrero, Nacho Gil & Tommy McNamara.

Additionally, five players are out of contract at the end of the 2024 campaign:

Defenders Tim Parker, Ryan Spaulding & Nick Lima along with forwards Damian Rivera and Bobby Wood.

According to sources, none of the players will return to the team.

Additionally, three players have been signed to new contracts:

Goalkeeper Earl Edwards Jr. (one-year deal) along with defenders Will Sands (two-year deal) & Andrew Farrell (one-year player/coach role deal).
