FC Dallas 2-2 Los Angeles Galaxy

FRISCO, TX–Dallas started off strong in the first half, but by halftime, they were level and in the end were drawn 2-2 with LA Galaxy. FCD’s unbeaten streak is now five while Galaxy have won just once in their last six league games.

FCD went ahead in the seventh minute after a misplay by Maya Yoshida allowed Petar Musa on his way and Musa would finish with James Marcinowski off his line to give the hosts the 1-0 lead. Musa would get his second goal of the night in the 38th minute after getting on the end of a low cross from Chris Cappis.

However, LA Galaxy would respond five minutes later. Lucas Sanarbria pulled one back for the visitors from just outside the box. Then in the third minute of first half stoppage time, Gabriel Pec sent a thru-ball to Joseph Paintsil and the latter would make no mistake from ten yards out to make it 2-2. Paintsil and Joao Klaus would sendup leaving the match at halftime due to knocks for the Galaxy.

Dallas ended up having a third goal disallowed in the 74th minute due to offside–one of two on the night for FC Dallas.  FC Dallas next play on Wednesday at home against Minnesota United (7:30pm CT, Apple TV) while LA Galaxy travel to Columbus on Wednesday to take on the Crew (4:30pm PT, Apple TV).
