Tacoma Stars 2-3 FC Olympia
TACOMA, WA–In addition to having a team in the Major Arena Soccer League, Tacoma Stars also field a team in USL League Two. On Saturday, the Stars fell heartbreakingly to FC Olympia, 3-2, at Bellarmine Memorial Stadium in Tacoma.
Kyle Rivers had equalized in the 70th minute for the Stars, but Yuta Shimazu would score in the 90th minute to take the three points back to the state capital. The Stars are 1-2-2 in the Northwest Division of USL League Two which includes teams from Washington and Oregon.
The Stars next play Portland Bangers in Portland on Monday.
