TUKWILA, WA–On Sunday, Tacoma Defiance lost to Austin FC II on an 88th minute goal in MLS NEXT Pro action. Austin’s Mohammed Badaqija dribbled between two defenders in the area before feeding to Kenan Hot for the game’s only score.
The Defiance are now 0-2-2 on the young season while Austin FC II are 2-1-1. Next up for the Defiance is a home game Sunday against Ventura County. Kickoff is at 8pm PT at StarFire Sports Complex on Apple TV.
