Prost Amerika to merge with Prost International

Prost Amerika is set to merge with Prost International. The combined site will take the name Prost International.

Prost Amerika began its life in 2016. At that time, it focused mainly on soccer in Cascadia, with three Cascadian clubs, Seattle Sounders, Portland Timbers and Vancouver Whitecaps playing in the USL.

Since then, it has expanded. As the three sides moved into Major League Soccer, our coverage expanded beyond Cascadia.

By 2012, we had journalists at all venues in MLS.

In 2018, the site expanded to cover football in England, originally on the Prost Amerika platform. Soon Prost International was created with the original name being inappropriate for the expanded European coverage.

But eventually, the sites merged to represent the more global coverage but with its center of operations still in the USA.

Moving on, all content can be seen at this URL.
