Keegan Hughes is a 24-year-old, 6’3, 190lb, defender from Heath, Ohio.
At the club level, Hughes has appeared in 53 career games (4,020 minutes) across the United States. Hughes began his career with the Columbus Crew Academy (2013-19). He was named Academy Player of the year during the 2018 season. In 2019, he committed to Stanford University (2019-2022). Upon conclusion of his career at Stanford, Hughes signed a HGP contract with Columbus Crew (2023-24). He would play on loan for the Columbus Crew 2, FC Tulsa (2023) & Loudoun United (2024). His contract was not re-newed after the 2024 campaign and he became a free agent.
