Santos Make World Club Final

Brazilian club Santos will met either Barcelona or or Al Sadd in the World Club Cup Final. They defeated Asian Champions Kashiwa Reysol 3-1.

Neymar, Borges and Danilo scored a goal each, all from outside the penalty area.

Hiroki Sakai briefly gave the Japanese side hope to bring it back to 2-1.

CONCACAF Champions Monterrey took fifth place in the tournament with a come-from-behind 3-2 victory over Tunisians Esperance.

Hiram Mier,  Aldo De Nigris and Jesus Zavala were the scorers.
