Chris Henderson: Seattle is a Dream Come True

Technical Director probably did more than anyone outside Adrian Hanauer to build Sounders FC. In this fascinating one-to-one on the Radio Sounders show, Chris talks about the development of the club and how he handled the gradual relinquishing of responsibilities.

On the wider scale, Chris recounts his experiences of playing in the 1990 World Cup, how the Gulf War affected the US Side, and playing against Roberto Baggio and his Italy side in Rome in front of 80,000 people.

He analyses this year’s Cup prospects for the USA and talks in depth and with deep knowledge about how US Soccer has developed since 1990.
