FOXBOROUGH, MA– New England Revolution midfielder Carles Gil has made the MLS Team of the Matchday 21 following Saturday night’s 3-3 draw versus Colorado Rapids

This is Carles Gil’s sixth appearance in MLS Team of the Week this season. He previously featured in Matchday 6, Matchday 8, Matchday 10, Matchday 11, & Matchday 12.

Gil, who played 90 minutes finished the match with an 9.0 rating according to Fotmob. Offensively, Carles had 1 goal on 3 shot attempts (75% shot accuracy). Caleb Porter and New England Revolution (6-6-6, 24 pts.) are on the road to face off against Western Conference side Portland Timbers (8-6-4, 28 pts). The match is set to kickoff at Providence Park on Saturday, July 5th at 10:30 p.m. ET on MLS Season Pass on the Apple TV app.
