CHICAGO, IL–Chicago Stars FC (neé Red Stars) announced the fixture list for their 13th NWSL season and 17th overall. The 26-match season will kick off on Friday, March 14th at the home of reigning NWSL Champion Orlando Pride (7pm CT, Prime). The home opener is nine days later at SeatGeek Stadium against Houston Dash (4pm CT, Paramount+).

The first of just four Saturday home games in Bridgeview comes on April 26th against San Diego Wave (6:30pm CT, Ion). The Stars then get back-to-back games on network television with their away match at Gotham FC on CBS on May 4th (12pm CT) and their home tilt against Washington Spirit on ABC (11:50am CT). In all, 19 of the 26 matches so far will be on a national broadcast partner of the NWSL including three on CBS.

Two home matches are listed as TBA. The June 14th match against Seattle Reign and the September 7th home match against Orlando. Neither match will be at Wrigley Field as the Cubs have home games those days. The Fire host Nashville SC at Soldier Field on June 14th and are currently schedule to host New England Revolution at Soldier Field the night before, but that match is subject to be moved to Bridgeview should the Bears be scheduled to host a home game as they have five days priority at Soldier Field. The regular season finale–Decision Day–will be Sunday, November 2nd, at SeatGeek against Angel City FC.

The NWSL season will start with the Challenge Cup on Friday, Match 7th, with Orlando taking on Washington Spirit (7pm, Prime). The league will pause play for a CBA-mandated break from June 23-29 and during the month of July while confederation competitions (UEFA Women’s EURO, Copa America Femenina, etc.) are staged. The NWSL Championship will be CBS on November 22nd.
