The 12th edition of the ‘Lancashire Football Podcast’ is now live!

Our UCLAN student and Prost International contributors have created a weekly show about all things Lancs.

Ashley Edwards, Matt Smith and Ben Olawumi offered their insights on this week’s topics:

  • Morecambe are looking forward to their first play-off campaign in 11 years as they host Tranmere Rovers in the semi-final. How much confidence will a solid end to the normal campaign give to Derek Adams’ side?
  • Blackpool find themselves facing Oxford United in the Sky Bet League One play-offs. How will the Tangerines fare?
  • Burnley can secure their Premier League status with a win over Fulham on Monday night, which would relegate Scott Parker’s men in the process. Will the Clarets respond well to a disappointing loss against West Ham United?

Everyone at The Lancashire Football Show was devastated to learn of the passing of former Chorley, Padiham and Clitheroe footballer James Dean. The panel would like to send their deepest thoughts and condolences to the family and friends of ‘Deano’. If you do find yourself struggling and need somebody to talk to, please visit www.mind.org.uk. It’s okay not to be okay.

You can listen to the podcast at Anchor FM or Spotify.
