Plenty of fans of the Lionesses have been basking in the sunshine of Le Havre and speaking to our writer, Steve Clare, who is currently out in France covering all the action from the Women’s World Cup.

Two girls from Luton explained what is fuelling their passion to come to France and support the Lionesses.

England are known for their support overseas and this Women’s World Cup has been no different with supporters coming from all over the country to support the women in France.

After last years successful campaign in Russia for the men, plenty of fans have travelled to ignite their interest in women’s football, as this fan from Wolverhampton explained to Steve.

England take on Norway in Le Havre AC’s Stade Océane this evening as Phil Neville’s women search for a third successive World Cup semi-final.
