The big ties of the round involve League Two Salford City drawing Championship side Leeds United at their Moor Lane home while AFC Wimbledon will renew their rivalry with MK Dons at Kingsmeadow once again.
In the Northern Section, last season’s semi-finalists Burton Albion will travel to League Two side Port Vale while recently relegated Bradford City will host Championship side Preston North End and Huddersfield Town will entertain Lincoln City at The John Smiths Stadium.
In the Southern Section, Leyton Orient’s return to the competition saw them being handed a trip to fellow League Two side Plymouth Argyle while fellow London side Charlton Athletic will play host to League Two side Forest Green Rovers.
Milwall will take part in an all-Championship affair with West Bromwich Albion at The Hawthorns. And lastly, Luton Town will play host to Ipswich Town with the two sides switching leagues during this summer.
