Stoke City forward Saido Berahino has been charged with drink-driving.
The 25-year-old was arrested in Bedford Square, London, at around 03:00 GMT on Monday.
Berahino is due to appear at Highbury Corner Magistrates’ Court on March 6.
The former West Brom striker has scored five goals in 26 appearances for the Potters this campaign.
Berahino was arrested in Cheshire at around 03:39am on suspicion of drink-driving in 2014 while at former club West Brom.
The then 21-year-old admitted to the charge and was banned from driving for 12-months following his guilty plea.
