“If I’d known wou were wearing that, I’d have come as Brazil”
Men have never really understood what difference it makes when someone turns up at a party wearing the same outfit as them.
It is just one of those areas of mystery that seem far more crucial to one gender than another.
Two men who have some idea though met at the Foxy Shazam gig at last weekend’s Bumbershoot Arts Festival.
Photographer Jim Bennett and football fan Randy Howley were among about sixty folk inside the Seattle Center’s Exhibition Hall waiting for the Cincinnati rock band to come on stage at the time.
Professional photographer Bennett has actually shot at a Sounders game before, a 0-2 loss to Philadelphia in October 2011, and enjoyed the experience sufficiently to want to return.
These two men used to wear the same outfit

Howley is a big Argentina and Messi fan and after some gentle persuasion has agreed to come to a MLS game sometime in the near future.
Someone needs to get them both a Mauro Rosales shirt.
