Kyle McGowan selected 68th overall by New England in 2026 MLS SuperDraft

FOXBOROUGH, MA– The New England Revolution have selected defender Kyle McGowan with the 68th overall pick in the 2026 MLS SuperDraft

Kyle McGowan a 20-year-old, 6’3, 165lb forward from PortlandOregon.

Prior to his collegiate career, McGowan was a member of the Portland Timbers Development Academy.

McGowan, 20, signs with New England after a 4-year collegiate career at University of Denver (2022-2025).

During the 2025 season, he was the Summit League Offensive Player of the Year, a Summit League First Team member, & was a member of the Summit League All-Tournament Team.

During his collegiate career, McGowan made 53 appearances (20 starts, 2100 minutes) from 2022-2025.

In total career numbers, the forward registered 14 goals and 4 assists.

The expectation is that Mimy will play for the New England Revolution II in MLS NEXT Pro.
