Washington Huskies 2-1 Michigan State Spartans
SEATTLE, WA–The Washington Huskies Men’s Soccer Team began Big Ten play on Friday night with a win over Michigan State, 2-1, moving their overall record to 3-2-2. Charlie Kosakoff scored both goals for the Huskies. The first came in the 62nd minute after collecting a looping ball from Connor Lofy and getting between two defenders. The second came six minutes later after being on the end of a cross from Alex Hall.
Michigan State pulled one goal back just 74 seconds later through Richie Ludwig. Jadon Bowton made two saves in the victory for the Huskies.
The Huskies will look to make it three on the bounce on Tuesday when they host Gonzaga. Kickoff is at 7pm PT on BIG+.
