The team will be hoping that it can end its unlucky streak of calamitous title sponsors with a new deal struck between itself and digital P2P brand MoneyGram.
A new multi-year deal has been signed, starting from next year onwards, with the team renamed to MoneyGram Haas F1 Team while the team will once again change the design of its livery.
Speaking about the new deal, founder Gene Haas said:
“Since our entrance into the F1 World Championship in 2016, Haas F1 Team has earned a reputation of strength, agility and resilience.
“MoneyGram brings a similar drive to the world of financial services, and we’re ready to work together to maximise results on and off the track.”
However, the team’s previous two deals have ended prematurely. In 2019, Haas’ relationship with Rich Energy was ended mid-season following a number of issues.
Most recently, Uralkali’s time with the American squad was terminated following the Russian invasion of Ukraine, with driver Nikita Mazepin replaced by Kevin Magnussen at the beginning of 2022.
The team is now focusing on its upcoming home Grand Prix, the United States Grand Prix this weekend.
