The FA has revealed the FA Cup 3rd Round ties that will be televised live on BBC and BT Sport on the weekend of 4/5/6/7 January.
On Friday 4th January, Premier League giants Tottenham will travel to either Sky Bet League 2 side Tranmere Rovers or Vanarama National League North side Southport of which the game will be live on BT Sport 2 with kick-off at 7:45pm.
On Saturday 5th January, in the early kick-off, Manchester United will welcome Championship side Reading to Old Trafford with the game being televised live at 12:30pm on BT Sport 2 before the channel broadcasts National League side Solihull Moors or Sky Bet League 1 side Blackpool against Arsenal at 5.30pm.
On Sunday 6th January, Alan Dowson’s Woking will welcome Premier League side Watford to the Kingsfield Stadium with a 2pm kick-off live on BT Sport 2. The National League South side saw off Sky Bet League 2 side Swindon Town in the last round to reach this stage.
At 4.30pm, the BBC1 cameras will be capturing Wrexham or Newport County’s tie against Claude Puel’s Leicester City before the BBC1 cameras travel to Molineux for the all-Premier League tie of Wolverhampton Wanderers vs Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool on Monday night with kick-off at 7.45pm.
Details of the full schedule including matches that have been moved away from Saturday will be announced in due course.
