Hopeless England Face Humiliation

The Sun Newspaper Reporting the World Cup Draw

Just days after their strips were flooded in sewage after a drain overflow in their Sun City hotel, the English football team took to the unmanured field of Green Point Stadium in Cape Town and provided sufficient fertilisation for the back pages of every angry tabloid in England.

However, their bland 0-0 draw against an unadventurous Algeria side will do nothing to dispell the increasingly held notion that they are a tired team lacking the skill and creativity of several other top sides in the tournament.
